Living SOMA
A 6-week live seasonal cohort that teaches the foundations of Ayurveda — taught by Lisa Mistry-Ghatala to a small group of women ready to live with rhythm.

Lifestyle is medicine. Ayurveda is the framework. Nature is the guide.

What it is:
Six weeks. One 90-minute live class each week, on Zoom, with Lisa. The class is recorded so you never fall behind. Each cohort meets near the start of each season — Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter — because how you live this season is what your body becomes next.
The teaching is the foundation of Ayurveda — the five elements, the gunas, the doshas, daily rhythm, seasonal eating — taught as the language nature is already speaking through your body. We pair every ancient teaching with the modern science behind it (circadian biology, metabolic health, hormonal rhythm) and the spiritual frame that holds it together (everything connected, you as your own alchemy of the elements).
This is not a protocol. It's a practice. You learn the language; you read your own body.
Who it’s for:
Living SOMA is built for women navigating modern life — burnout, motherhood, hormonal rhythms, and the constant overwhelm of well-meaning wellness content — who want a foundation that's grounded, livable, and actually fits. Most students are in their thirties and forties.
The framework is universal; the foundations are universal; your lineage is yours to bring. Men are warmly welcome too.

Who’s teaching:
Lisa Mistry-Ghatala — Ayurvedic Practitioner, Herbalist & Holistic Nutritionist, Board Member of the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine (CAAM), and Founder of SOMA Lifestyles. She teaches Ayurveda as it was meant to be lived: as ecological intelligence, not as a protocol.
